Something major (and not necessarily welcome) appears to have changed in the TinyERP code. I'll have to examine all the relevant code, I suppose. Previous versions, which couldn't work adequately on 4.0.x, have been removed to minimize confusion. Both sales and purchases now share the same tax account when an invoice is raised and share a different tax account when a refund is raised. This doesn't appear compatible with UK VAT accounting requirements, which should be split to an input account and an output account. I've posted l10n_uk_minimal updated to 0.91 to fix a couple of minor issues but the VAT part of that still makes the incorrect assumption that the two accounts are actually an input account and an output account - so should be treated carefully in this release. So I'll do a 0.91 release fixing this shortly. I noticed that there were a number of changes in the server code in this area between 4.0.1 and 4.0.2 so this may have provoked or uncovered the problem. It is deliberately minimal, designed for extension of both the chart of accounts and the VAT allocation in any real implementation.
